Founder and manager of FIVE SENSE Architectural Design Firm
Han is a female architect who has received formal education in architecture. She has both the rational logic thinking of engineering and sensitive intuition of a designer.
She has been working in architectural design for more than 15 years and has been in charge of the planning and design of a range of large-scale architectural construction.
She has always been looking for breakthroughs in the design of large-scale architectures. Deep in her heart, she has always been trying to uphold humanistic elements in her design. Her works are simple yet solemn with dramatic details.
When she felt that business routines are limiting her creativity, Han Qiuqing began looking for another possibility beyond steel and cement. The eagerness to transcend herself has been brewing in her mind. She has finally found a place to give full play to her much suppressed ideas when she started working in the creative space design field.
With great capacity in controlling architectural design, she is able to create a panoramic view inside the space. Her female sensitivity has added to the beauty and experience of the functional area. She proposed the concept of five senses, i.e. sound, smell, color, taste and touch, for space design, which prioritizes people’s intuitive feelings in the space. This is a re-creation of “field” and “view,” which is the unique characteristics of FIVE SENSE.
